Do you accept international orders?
  • Yes! We accept orders from all over the world (expect the following countries: Antigua And Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Bermuda, Central African Republic, Colombia, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Indonesia, Jamaica, Lebanon, Philippines, Romania, Somalia, South Africa and Syria). We are proud offer free shipping on all orders! Please make sure that you enter your correct shipping details when you checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • Due to the high demand of the products throughout our store orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4-7 business days from when your payment has cleared, although it may take slightly longer during busy holiday / sales periods. 
  • Delivery times to most countries will be 14-21 business days. If you live in more remote countries or a less developed country it could potentially take up to 5 weeks depending on how quick your postal service is. For further enquiries, you can simply click 'contact us' or directly email us at to check on the status/tracking of your order. 
    • In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (Thanksgiving, National Holidays, Christmas, Chinese New Year and other major holidays). Please be aware of these factors when ordering as they may impact the delivery time.
      • If you are ordering an item to gift to someone, we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure your order will be delivered on time. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
      • We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect shipping information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information before we ship out our orders. 

        I haven't received all of the items I ordered, when will the others arrive?

        • We have small factories dedicated to specific categories of products, this is to ensure that we are using the best equipment available! It is likely that your items will be shipped and delivered separately if you order more than one item. If you would like more information please email

        Why haven't I received any confirmation / follow up emails?

        • All our order confirmation and shipping emails are automatic, and we use the details you give us when you checkout to contact you. If you want to make sure your order has been shipped/processed, simply email and we will help you with any queries you have!

        We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charges that you may be asked to pay when your order is delivered. We will not be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees under any circumstances.
